+ what time will you show up to my property?

We strive to keep consistent schedules. Although we can’t guarantee what time we will arrive for your service, we will show up on the same day every week. As the season progresses you can generally expect us around the same time each week. Any day changes due to weather or scheduling will be communicated to you via email messages.

+ How do you schedule your clients?

Your scheduled day for service is scheduled based on geography to other clients and business needs. Although we try our hardest to keep consistent schedules due to unforeseen circumstances we rarely may need to change your service day.

+ What height do you cut the grass?

To maintain your turf’s health, we prefer to only cut of the top 1/3 of the grass blades. If you would like your lawn cut shorter, please just let us know and we are happy to accommodate this as long as your lawn is flat enough to do so.

+ How does payment work?

All accounts are expected to be paid on time to avoid interruption in service. We accept payments via cash, check (mailed or in person), and credit card payments. Please make check payable to Ortiz Lawn Care.

+ When are payments due?

Payments are due on the first of the month for that month’s service, So March 1st payment will be for services performed in March. All accounts are expected to be paid on time to avoid interruption in service.
